This is a Client Service Leader opportunity:

You will ensure delivery of exceptional service to Gallaghers clients by leading a high-performing account management team, championing Branch initiatives and priorities, and proactively manage assigned accounts. While the primary function of this role is typically related to managing a team (guideline 10-15 employee), managing self-funded accounts as a strategic consultant (guideline 3-5 clients) is a critical part of this role and a key success factor.

What will you do:

1) Account Management

Monitor overall book and client assignments for the team, while managing 3-5 clients:

* Accountable for 95% retention of assigned group of clients

* Cultivate and maintain multiple relationships with clients, internal partners and vendor partners

* Develop complete understanding of clients needs and the appropriate coverage solutions that support and enhance the clients culture, values and mission

* Proactively manage the Client Service Cycle to ensure a seamless renewal, client retention and whitespace engagement

* Manage escalated client issues to successful resolution in a manner consistent with Gallagher best practices

* Support consultants in winning new business by participating in meetings and calls with prospects and effectively communicating Gallaghers Value Proposition

* Actively seek new business referrals from existing GBS clients

* Understand and communicate the availability of resources within Gallagher Practice Areas (Pharmacy Practice, Retirement, GGB, HR Consulting and Voluntary Benefits)

* Maintain up-to-date records in Document Management System (DMS).

* Comply with Gallaghers processes, BOSS standards and office initiatives.

* Complete training and professional development to gain understanding of the insurance industry and GBS processes

* Exemplify the highest ethical standards, promote ethical behavior and uphold The Gallagher Way

2) Team Management

Drive Gallagher client service processes, system adoption and adherence to professional standards across branch team

* Accountable for team compliance with all GBS standards

* Monitor workflow to ensure performance standards are consistently achieved

* Proactively adjust the workloads based on external and internal client needs and team members career stage and trajectory

* Resolve complex service-related issues in partnership with team members and consultants

* Communicate performance expectations

* Ensure team members have the training and resources to achieve goals through ongoing coaching and development

* Continuously assess the performance of team members. Provide ongoing, timely feedback and coaching to improve performance, including performance reviews, one-on-one meetings, appropriate job shadowing and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when appropriate

* Foster team engagement by supporting our culture and driving commitment to the Gallagher Way
