JOB DESCRIPTION - SALES AGENT - VIRTUAL AGENCY
Employment Status: Permanent/ Full Time
Hourly Base Pay + Performance Bonuses
Hours of operation:Monday Friday 7am to 9:30pm, Saturday 7am to 7pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm (Shifts vary)
Training details: Paid training provided
Licensing details: Must currently hold Limited Lines and actively pursuing P&C
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Increase sales of all products represented by Pronto Insurance
* Maintain healthy relationships with customers & ensure complete customer satisfaction
* Ensure Pronto sales model is followed throughout the life of a policy:
* New business (DPs)
* Payments
* Amendments
* Renewals
* Effectively use the sales and administration software provided
* Monitor daily sales vs. goals
* Follow phone etiquette at all times
* Follow underwriting guidelines for all products
* Ability to multitask
* Ability to work under pressure
* Attend sales trainings and meetings as needed
* Any and all other duties as requested by your supervisor
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
* 1 year minimum of sales or customer service experience
* Attitude for success & desire to make money
* Positive, energetic, sales motivated attitude
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Must be able to type and use computer to capture data
* Be able to assist customer while locating information or processing payment in a timely manner
* Multitask with two computer screens and phone calls
* Bilingual English & Spanish (REQUIRED)
What We Require:
* A High School diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year sales experience.
* Employment is contingent upon getting the P&C license within a 60-day period.
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
* Computer Proficiency.
Preferred:
* Excellent bilingual communications skills in English and Spanish.
