Position Summary:

Do you have a passion for customer service and helping others through multiple channels? If so, then our Gallagher Student Health team has an opportunity for you! The Customer Service Representative for Student Health/Benefits assists university students with enrolling in their university health plans or with completing waivers to show existing coverage. They may also assist with company-wide open enrollment to answer benefits questions for Gallagher clients.

Essential Duties:

* Responsible for the servicing of existing clients-identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Receives and responds to customer service inquiries via phone, chat and email.
* Uses various databases and websites to research and follow up on customer requests about login issues, accurate completion of waivers and processing of documents necessary to ensure a successful resolution.
* Maintains performance metrics with schedule adherence, response time, quality assurance scores, handle time and other measures.

Required:

* High school diploma
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* Strong typing and basic computer skills

Preferred:

* Call center and/or benefits experience.
* Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
* Experience using multiple systems to perform tasks.

* Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
