Position Summary:

Responsible for the development and implementation of highly integrated information systems. Prepares and reviews information systems budgets and business plans. Oversees the daily operations of the business unit. Trains, develops, and directs an entire information systems business unit. Ensures employee awareness and training on information security policies and procedures. Directly manages and supervises team of IT employees.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Lead teams composed of onshore and offshore Data Operations analysts and DBAs.
* Primary responsibility for supporting, monitoring and critical incident triage for Gallagher Bassetts Data Transfer, ETL, and Reporting products.
* Ensure data availability and report delivery SLAs are met.
* Support Gallagher Bassett projects which impact or are dependent on data systems.
* Develop standards for maintaining and improving reliability of data platforms in a hybrid on premise and Azure solution.
* Participate in design and planning of next gen BI solutions.
* Lead incident response and triage of major issues impacting the BI platforms.

Required:

* Bachelor's degree and 7 years related experience required

Desired Skills:

* Enthusiastic, driven and highly ethical team player who can operate independently and is expected to be the expert in their area.
* Ability to communicate highly technical issues in terms easily understood by non-technical audiences.
* Experience with SQL Databases, Azure, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS or similar technologies.
