Description

Our Leisure group within SLC specializes in serving consumers; recreational and entertainment needs in national and state parks, zoos, aquariums, science centers, museums and other day-use cultural attractions.

The scope of our operations includes operating lodging, conference and meeting space, houseboats and other marine activities, retail merchandise shops, fine dining restaurants, and interpretive tours in some of this country's most pristine protected lands and national parks.

We have been active partners with the National Park Service and various zoos, aquariums, and other cultural attractions for over 20 years, providing high-quality visitor services in numerous locations across the United States in over 12 states. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Marketing Manager at ARAMARK Leisure will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives that support the assigned portfolio. As part of the National Marketing team, the Marketing Manager is specifically responsible for the management of CRM projects, email campaigns and marketing collateral. This role is responsible for the successful execution of marketing programs and measurement of results, including customer data analysis. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Manager works closely with all team members in the National Marketing department as well as field marketing constituents.

The Marketing Manager will be supporting the following locations: Denali Village, Glacier Bay National Park, Olympic Peninsula, Yosemite, Asilomar, Crater Lake National Park and Zephyr Cove Resort. Responsibilities may adjust as needed.

Responsibilities:

* Plans CRM projects on a monthly basis and manages agency to execute projects against budget and timelines.
* Primary user of marketing CRM tool. Prepares reports and provides analysis on marketing campaign metrics, including email campaign statistics, revenue matchback reports, promotional campaign results, etc.
* Primary project manager for major transition of CRM platform. Responsible for collaboration with CRM partner in the development of data structure, data business rules and report set-up.
* Analyses customer data and segmentation information to apply to marketing campaigns. Provides analyses of data in order to aide detailed development of campaign audience, target market, timing of campaign, etc.
* Analyses post-campaign results to provide recommendations on strategy. Implements changes to tactical plans to ensure fulfillment of targeted results.
* Manages email design partner to provide direction on desired campaign outcome. Reviews messaging and branding to ensure it aligns with brand standards.
* Manages the process for development of new marketing collateral, including advertising material. Acts as a central resource for all corporate and field marketing collateral requests. Ensures that all collateral meets brand standards.
* Coordinates with team members to integrate email campaigns with other marketing efforts like social media campaigns. Works closely with central reservations department on timeline of campaigns.
* Does independent research to stay abreast of marketing trends and apply as relevant to the execution of marketing tactics.
* Participates in special projects and performs miscellaneous marketing-related requests to support the National and field marketing teams.
* Ensure clients needs are being met and partner with locations on rates and promtions
* Other duties as assigned



Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree required
* Minimum 3+ years marketing experience, including analytical skills for marketing performance measurement.
* Demonstrates analytical ability, including excellent MS Excel skills for data analysis, and running business queries using available data source tools.
* Excellent project management skills, along with time management, problem solving and communication skills. Ability to work with minimal direction, multi-task, take initiative and collaborate across disciplines.
* Superior written and verbal skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams, grasp business needs quickly, multi-task and be able to prioritize and meet deliverables with minimal supervision.
* Flexible and open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously with compressed timeframes.
* Demonstrates solid understanding of creative marketing processes, agency management and market research.
* Ability to travel to locations as needed
