WONDERY (An Amazon company) is seeking a detail oriented, technical and enthusiastic person for the position of Digital Operations Associate. This full-time position on Wonderys Digital Operations team is focused on supporting the Digital Operations Manager with podcast portfolio publishing to and quality assurance on all platforms, with a particular focus on Wonderys owned-and-operated platforms (wondery.com & the Wondery app) as well as premium distribution outlets. This is a cross-functional role that requires a process-driven and operational mindset, keen attention to detail, as well as technological skill and aptitude. What Youll Do:
Publish final audio files and related content & metadata for Wondery original podcasts and select partner shows to content hosting platforms (i.e. Art19), third-party distribution outlets, and Wondery-owned properties (i.e. wondery.com, Wondery app)
Quickly investigate and resolve content-related issues, while communicating issues and completion to managers, colleagues and customers
Coordinate with the Content team to ensure on-time publishing of all content to all required platforms
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure content publishing & website updates align with marketing objectives
Coordinate with partner publishers to confirm timely publishing of partner episodes to all all required platforms
Complete recurring content sweeps reviewing program availability on the Wondery App
Tackle large library publishing and quality assurance projects to ensure accurate publishing of Wondery public and premium ad-free catalogs to first and third-party platforms
Work closely with Product Management team to ensure content publishing strategy aligns with product objectives, publish content to enable testing of new products and product features, and provide feedback and input that drives improvements to the overall content workflow
Ensure clear communication to all stakeholders when there are delays with execution
Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience with Excel
2+ years experience in program or project management
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in media, communications, or related field preferred
1-2 years experience in digital media publishing operations (podcasts, digital ads, audio and/or video), with a strong understanding of industry best practices for content publishing
Experience with undertaking large library projects
Experience with optimizing metadata for SEO
Highly organized
Excellent attention to detail
Clear communicator via all channels (i.e., Slack, email, in-person)
