DESCRIPTION
To meet the growing needs for Worldwide Defect Elimination (WWDE), we are seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Program Manager to manage our central project management office (PMO).
You collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver world-class solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong customer focus. You will work with stakeholders and multiple business teams to identify, define, and specify solutions meeting customers' needs. You will be the face and voice of WWDE to all external stakeholders so that they are aware of successes, risks and project status. Key Responsibilities include:
Build and manage PMO project schedules/plans and metrics to support project delivery
Work with Program and Project leaders, identifying project deliverables and development of an program roadmap
Identify and introduce project management systems and workflows that support the efficient running and delivery of the program portfolio
Provide structured program updates to CS stakeholders highlighting program progress, performance and risk / opportunity
Working with our teams to build metrics including measuring the downstream impact of the programs and tools

You effectively identify risks and bring them to the attention of your team and stakeholders with plans for mitigation before they become roadblocks.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent
5+ years of experience in program or project management
5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Ability to think and influence both quantitatively and qualitatively
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in an ever-changing environment with complex priorities
Demonstrated methodical skills; business trend analysis and forecasting
Demonstrated previous experience of creative problem solving; thinks big, starts small, grows fast
Solid attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and ability to handle multiple projects /responsibilities
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Masters Degree
PMP Certification
Proven capability working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives
Proven problem solving skills, project management skills, extreme attention to detail, ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication and solid interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively organize and communicate with cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability as self-starter to work independently while dealing with high levels of ambiguity, incomplete data, organization complexity, and trade-off requirements
Proficient in obtaining, organizing, and analyzing data to challenge conventional wisdom, make fact-based decisions, and drive root cause analysis, and evaluate outcome
2+ years of experience leading meetings and present risks & roadblocks to senior leadership in a PMO role
