You Are:
A CRM, particularly Salesforce, whiz. You have a mind for both technology and business, and you know the ins and outs of front office team functions and operations. Problem-solving skills? You enjoy putting yours to work through creative and analytical thinking. Youre a clear and effective communicator, and you have an open, relatable manner with clients and colleagues. You perform well in an agile, fast-paced working environment. And you know how to balance being a leader with contributing to the collective efforts of the team.
The Work:
* Help clients transform and optimize their CRM, sales, service, marketing, and analytics strategies
* Lead delivery teams that help clients build and manage customer relationships and maximize sales, enhance service experiences, drive cost effective marketing campaigns and help unlock the value of data.
* Advise clients on ways to measure and improve their customer satisfaction and other business metrics
* Establish long-term client relationships and identify opportunities to help build the Accenture Consulting practice
* Manage and coach junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise to help Accenture maintain its thought-leadership position
* Be ready to rack up those air miles with frequent travel to client sites
Qualifications
Heres What You Need:
At least 5 years of experience using Salesforce or other CRM capabilities such as:
* Sales Optimization Strategies or Operations
* Product modeling, configuration, and rules
* Guided configuration and selling / CPQ
* Quote to order conversion
* Service Strategy, Design and Customer Service Operations
* Marketing Execution and Analytics
* At least 3 years of experience with cloud application architectures, data models, configuration, and customization
* A Bachelors degree
Bonus Points If:
* You have certifications in any of the following:
* Salesforce Administrator
* Your Bachelors degree is in engineering, computer science, information systems, or business
* Youre comfortable leading design-thinking workshops with customers and functional stakeholders
* You have experience or background in the following industries:
* Consumer Goods & Services
* Banking or Insurance
* Life Sciences
* Public Service
* Retail
