You Are:

A skilled utility industry practitioner who knows how to reinvent Transmission and Distribution in the new digital world. You have experience designing and implementing smart infrastructure to modernize the next gen grid, including smart meters, grid sensors, streetlights, EV charging, battery storage, distributed energy resources and micro grids. You are not afraid to imagine the next Generation Control Systems powered by Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain and Robotics. In fact, every day you are looking for opportunities to challenge the status quo and you are not satisfied with step change. You are a relentless storyteller, inspiring teams with your vision and new way of thinking. You have a proven track record of assembling diverse, high performing teams that harness people's strength and deliver radical insight. You understand that co-location with clients and teams is critical to innovation and you are ready to partner at client sites.

The Work:

* Understand client challenges and articulate the value of transformation in terms of business outcomes
* Bring thought leadership on most critical issues Utilities face today, and in the future
* Constantly learn and bring new technologies and innovative solutions to our clients
* Be a role model and a coach for the next generation of Accenture analysts and consultants
* Champion people on your team to succeed professionally and personally
* Foster trusted advisor relationships with clients from strategy to technology; from the C-Suite to the front line; for business and IT
* Integrate business data to discover new insight and enable evidence-based business decisions
* Earn air miles and hotel points with weekly travel to client sites for recharging on epic personal adventures

Qualifications

Heres What You Need:

* Minimum 2 years of Utility Industry experience
* Minimum 2 years of experience working with Enterprise Asset Management systems
* Bachelors Degree or equivalent
* Ability to travel Monday through Thursday, currently travel is suspended for safety of our empoyees due to pandemic.

Bonus Points If:

* You improvise and adapt to lead clients and teams through change and ambiguity
* Youve gained the trust of your clients and partnered with them to: design business process, lead design thinking workshops, develop business case, deliver agile projects, develop new operating model, manage talent and change, co-create intellectual property
