This position is for a Business and Integration role on a critical function team that will use Solutioning and Delivery tools for major Fortune 500 clients in North America. As part of this team, we will be investing in your training as you onboard not only in the core tools, but you will also have an opportunity to be trained in market relevant technology and methods like Testing Automation and DevOps. Part of your responsibility will help keep very critical projects on track and budget which will help develop your Project Management skills. The work:
* Work closely with Technical Lead for understanding the functional and technical design
* Develops and configures Epic modules as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements
* Conduct ongoing system build and configuration for assigned Epic module
* Codes the more complicated automations or reusable components.
* Develops new processes/tasks/objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
* Complies with and helps to enforce design and coding standards, policies and procedures
* Ensures documentation is well maintained
* Ensures quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing
* Works collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality
* Reports status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis
* Improves skills in Epic products by completing Epic modules certification
* Mentors junior developers and performs code reviews for quality control
The Epic Senior Developer is responsible for process design and coding the Epic modules as per the technical documentation created by the technical leads/business analysts. The senior developer will also validate the code by performing appropriate unit testing and will ensure configuration control is maintained. The senior developer will be a mentor to junior developers and will perform quality control/code reviews on code components developed by them.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
* Minimum of 3 years of programming experience with C, VBA, Python or other front end programming language
* Minimum of 1 year of experience with running databases and executing queries with tools like SQL, Oracle, MySQL, etc
* Minimum of 1 year of application support
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience with Epic Software
* Epic Certification
* Healthcare Industry Experience
* Experience with EMR applications
Professional Skill Requirements:
* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
* Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
