Do you have first-hand practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities that face marketers today? Do you have a passion for developing capabilities and driving change in marketing organizations and people? Are you confident in discussing the future of marketing in different industries, in particular life sciences/pharma? Are you entrepreneurial and collaborative in spirit, able to develop new ideas in a fast-growing environment, and able to tell a great story that takes clients on a change journey? The Marketing Advisory team advises marketing leaders, informed & inspired by industry realities, on how to transform their marketing capabilities to deliver growth. Marketing Advisors combine a depth of hands-on marketing skills with a breadth of understanding of how marketing and marketers works and draw on these skills as trusted advisors who guide marketing clients through transformation toward growth.
The work:
* Working with clients to define marketing transformation journeys, shape the experience-led growth agenda, and create experience-led capabilities
* Assessing organizational and marketer capability gaps
* Supporting the development of Capability Strategies and Plans across skills, processes, organization, people, culture, and technology to deliver tangible results
* Designing, developing, and delivering engaging and inspiring programs to close capability gaps, including but not limited to learning experiences, solution workshops, and change management
* Developing crisp, engaging written presentations and content that tell stories and influence change
* Supporting new business development including the development of proposals and presentations
Qualifications
Heres what you need:
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing in one or more of the following: Consumer-Packaged Goods, Life Sciences, Financial Services organization, Consultancy or Agency (Life Sciences expertise strongly desired)
* Minimum of 4+ years of experience architecting and implementing large scale marketing programs
* Experience building client relationships across all levels
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
Bonus points if:
* Knowledge of the CX/Martech landscape and its real client value
* Strong storytelling, relationship development, problem solving/design thinking, and written content creation skills
* Experience in one or more of the following areas: Marketing talent & culture development, marketing best practice/ way of marketing development and implementation, marketing operating model development and implementation, marketing-led growth shaping, change management
