Position Summary

As an integral part of the TA Team, the Staff & Management Recruiter will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers, (GMs, Directors, VPs) in attracting and retaining high quality talent, both at the exempt and non-exempt levels, in multiple operations site across the US for the Retail Distribution business sector. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment programs in order to attract high potential candidates for business leadership roles & business support staff. Work with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvements to staffing processes. Be responsible for successfully sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified applicants. This position will also serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in the hiring process.

Essential Duties

* Develop and execute local, regional and job specific recruiting plans by partnering with hiring managers and HR team members to determine staffing needs
* Source both active and passive candidates through a variety of methods including internet job boards, networking, social media, industry events and job fairs, local schools and other creative strategies. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs for frequently recruited for positions
* Research new sourcing methods and implement as appropriate
* Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person) and recommend top candidates to hiring managers for consideration. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback and ensure process is moving forward
* Complete post offer coordination of pre-employment checks, by tracking phases in the post offer process, and seeing candidate through to starting on Day 1.
* Reporting as necessary to track hiring progress
* Presentation to business of hiring plans and progress
* Ensure all job descriptions and job posting templates are consistent and compliant with OFCCP regulations
* Maintain Applicant Tracking System and ensure all applicant data is updated timely for accurate reporting and metrics. Report quarterly on recruiting metrics and analyze recruiting data to identify trends, gaps and success rates on sourcing strategies
* Manage internal application and transfer process including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers and transfer offer letters
* Serve as recruiting subject matter expert to team members and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques and other related topics
* Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members required
* Excellent communication skills required as well as the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
* Meet or exceed all KPIs set forth such as timeliness, fill ratio, hires/starts & customer satisfaction to name a few.

Minimum Requirements

* Minimum of three (3) years of recruitment experience in an agency or corporate environment.
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Higher Education preferred.
* Strong computer system skills (ie. MS Office products, etc).
* Strong verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to travel up to 70%.
