Essential Duties
Responsible for managing:
Small team of support specialists
* Dispatch
* Uniforms
* Client Services
* Warehouse
* Inventory
Ensuring that labor budgets and JMFs are managed per process
Create and implement process impprovements regarding all items above to ensure that we are in full compliance with company policies.
Key control and inventory process management
Daily review of labor and payroll punches, along with ensuring corrective actions are taken daily
Safety and risk policy compliance at the operations and coordinator levels
Additional job duties as required
Minimum Requirements
AA Degree or equivalent work experience preferred,
Previous experience in Janitorial or Aviation setting preferred, excellent computer skills, multi-tasking, and solid communications skills with a service personality.
