Overview:
The role is responsible for talent placement of unexperienced and skilled cyber security individuals once completes the on-ramp a job placement program of talent pool for various vendors, partners, and end customers
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required:
• Work with the partner community to identify new cyber range solutions to bring to market (5%)
• Perform market research on new solution ideas and develop a development plan (5%)
• Manage selected projects from ideation to completion (60%)
• Track the project status and success metrics to ensure on-time launch (10%)
• Work with the marketing team to brand and launch the new cyber range solution (10%)
• Work with the Tech Data sales teams to understand how to sell the new solutions (10%)
Other Duties & Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Experience:
• 8 to 10 Years of relevant work experience.
Education & Certifications:
• Bachelor's Degree with Business or Computer Science Field of Study preferred.
• High School Graduate required.
• Other Education / Certifications: Project Management, and Sales background helpful
Working Conditions:
• Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires.
