Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The Marketing Lead provides ongoing marketing support for the DISH Growth Segment – DISH Business. DISH Business provides customized technology solutions for delivering television and internet services to businesses large and small – everything from local bars and restaurants to national hotel chains, senior living communities and airlines. The Marketing Lead drives everyday B2B marketing initiatives including communication with internal and external partners, execution of marketing tactics utilizing internal Centers of Excellence as well as external agencies, and overall marketing project management support in an effort to drive activation goals and meet partner and overall segment needs.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as marketing consultant and point of contact for key external business partners within the Hotels and Senior Living verticals including management and tracking of marketing co-op programs, ongoing communications, collateral support, etc.
Develop and drive brand marketing strategy for Public/Private vertical within DISH Business, including support for National Account Managers to drive growth with multi-location brands to meet overall business goals
Contribute to the growth of the DISH subscriber base by producing effective marketing that aggressively drives new activations for the DISH Business channel
Coordinate marketing and manage sales/partner relationships, focused on becoming a trusted marketing resource
Ability to think strategically about both customer and market information at the B2B level, across all DISH Business verticals
Analyze key marketing data (sales, trends, consumer insights, etc.) that will inform the creation, development and execution of marketing projects
Financial responsibilities include budget management

A successful Marketing Lead will have the following:
Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups including sales, marketing, finance, internal creative agency, and legal, as well as external partners
Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm, desire to win the business every day and deliver results with a high sense of urgency
Must be results oriented and have an understanding of metrics and data, as well as the ability to infer implications and make recommendations based on key information
Strong project management and organization skills, detail oriented, with desire to develop new processes to maximize efficiencies and impact
Thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis
Bachelor’s degree from a top tiered four-year college or university required, three to five years of related experience, B2B marketing and/or creative agency experience with multiple clients preferred
