Acts as a technical reference within the Customer Service Department while functioning as a liaison between LabCorp and its accounts in response to inquiries.
Responsible for communicating with our Hospital clientele, answering incoming calls, providing requested information, researching and resolving problems, finding sources for send-out testing, working with minor interface issues, and working closely with other departments in the lab.
Prior technical laboratory experience strongly preferred and must be available to rotate weekends/holidays and eveening/nights as required.
