Accounts Payable Coordinator

We're hiring an Accounts Payable Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for processing a high volume of invoices accurately and within vendor terms for a variety of programs supporting our Winfield United business and billing direct ship product purchases. Youll resolve invoice issues by working with vendors and/or business partners. In addition, you will provide the best customer service to vendors and business partners daily and escalate issues timely to the appropriate person. You will also assist with process improvements and projects as assigned.

Required Experience & Education:

* High school diploma or GED along with a minimum of 2-5 years relevant work experience. Candidates with an Associates or Bachelors degree will be considered.

* MS Office, Excel and ERP Systems

Required Competencies:

* Strong organizational skills and a strong attention to detail while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks.

* Must demonstrate effective interpersonal communication skills, demonstrate initiative, and possess analytical problem-solving skills.
