The Turner Principal Business Analyst (BA) is an important player on the Turner underwriting team. He or she is responsible for overseeing unique elements of the program and ensuring they are effectively outlined and communicated to key stakeholders. The BA enjoys a direct relationship with the insured and the reinsurance partners. Working with internal stakeholders the BA is key in facilitating cross functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:
* Regularly meets with underwriting team, customer and reinsurance partners to communicate activity and address material findings.
* Oversees the execution of key financial controls for the program.
* Collaborates regularly with internal stakeholders.
* Owns design of annual operational profit study and presents results to leadership.
* Monitors program reporter for exposure and premium irregularities.
* Works with CM Retro, Premium Audit and Reinsurance Accounting to manage program volume and bring items to resolution for the customer and reinsurance partners in a transparent and timely fashion.
* Involves appropriate parties to support project initiatives as needed.
* Ability to effectively present and communicate with stakeholders in a manner that exhibits strategic presence and builds credibility.
* Exhibits strategic vision in recommendations and solutions by addressing broader, cross-functional implications.
