Lockheed Martin is seeking a Force Modernization Support in the Alexandria, VA area. This position will develop a global sourcing strategy for commodities (categories).Provide Life-Cycle Sustainment analysis including, but not limited to: maintenance and support, sustainment metrics achievability and sustainability, acquisition strategy and system design, funding, and risk areas and mitigation plans for proposed and decisional Materiel solutions.

Assist with all actions leading to the development and preparation of various technical documents and reports; testing and evaluation of equipment; participating in various technical exchange meetings (TEMs), and traveling as required in support of program and project developments, demonstration, and testing.

Assist in the development of short, mid, and long-term integration planning schedule, assisting in requirements and development, technical writing, contract implementation, project oversight, project closeout, and special projects.

Extensive knowledge of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.

Extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Guidebook (DAG).

Communicate with engineers, IT, security and other vested stakeholders, based on customer direction, in order to ensure complete and concise requirements for maintenance, repair, and sustainment are understood and met.

Enhances customer's department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Prepares and presents oral and/or written technical reports and project update presentations.

Create, organize, and maintain a log of all activity (from inception) associated with design, planning, and construction.

Scope and complexity of tasks, knowledge, skills, and abilities of this requirement are equivalent to that of a GS-13/14 level position.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs
Experience in SOF or the IC
Experience working in a classified environment
Active TS Clearance eligible for access to SCI
Desired Skills:
Technical experience, as a user, maintainer, or acquirer, in one or more of the following: C41SR, Information Operations, Electronic Warfare, Cybersecurity, Signals Intelligence, Soldier, Survival Equipment, and Airborne Systems
DAWIA Level I training in Program Management or Requirements Management Level B certification Possess a valid state driver's license
Working knowledge of JCIDS and SOFCIDS and USSOCOM Directives 70-1 and 71-4
Working knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Guidebook
