Description:
Assist with contract EVMS setup and management, cost control and analysis, proposal preparation, and staffing. Responsibilities also include developing and tracking budgets, manpower forecasting, and Earned Value computation for a variety of funding sources. This position will support a myriad of program finance functions; including establishing / managing program cost baselines, conducting Earned Value analysis and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise tool sets including EFS, SAP and others. Conduct Estimate
at Complete (EAC) analysis and prepare accompanying analysis and recommendations for presentation to various levels of leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, and presentation skills. Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.

Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
Desired Skills:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 3 years of professional experience; or 1 year of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
