As a key member of the MFC Facilities senior leadership team, this role as the Facilities Site Manager for MFCs Orlando Campus has overall facilities management responsibility to over 2.7M square feet to include complex engineering laboratories, state-of-the-art manufacturing centers, industrial support centers and modern office space capacity for over 7,000 employees.

This role is also responsible for the establishing, developing and nurturing business and partnership relationships between MFC Facilities and all customer/stakeholders (LOBs & Functional) operating within the MFC Orlando campus ensuring innovative facilities strategies, solutions and services are delivered with flawless execution of budget & schedule performance while contributing to enhancing the competitiveness of the MFC business.

Additionally, this role will provide and ensure seamless integration of all enterprise facilities services required to provide 100% delivery of commitments to stakeholders of the site. Supporting actions include:

Site facilities management leadership of strategic & tactical planning excellence.
Site facilities management leadership of operations / sustainment excellence.
Site facilities management leadership of project execution excellence.
Site facilities management leadership for budget planning and performance excellence.

Annual expense budget: $50M
Annual infrastructure capital budget: $15M
Annual construction projects: $20M

As site manager, this position will also be the primary facilities point of contact (POC) for all significant facilities matters affecting the sites occupants and tenants and will serve as the first go-to facilities leader for the sites senior and executive on-site management and staff.

In addition, this position and will be responsible for all site tactical planning (requirements, strategies and solutions) and the integration of these plans with the facilities enterprise teams. Perform other duties as assigned.

Position reports to the MFC Facilities Director. Travel may be required.

Basic Qualifications:
Strongly prefer a Bachelors Degree from an accredited college, but will consider equivalent experience/combined education, in addition to professional experience and specialized training commensurate with assignment.

Previous experience with proven skill in:
Leading facilities engineering management; strategic and space planning management; communication and negotiations; project management; cost control and budgeting; facilities operations. Customer relationship management.
Driven to perform and deliver results with superior customer service.

Demonstrated ability to plan, coordinate and oversee complex facilities projects and initiatives.

Must have the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
Lean Six Sigma Training/Certification
Industrial certification- Professional Engineer or Licensed General Contractor or Certified Facility Manager .
Familiarity with Facility integrated workplace management system (IWMS) or similar facility space planning, project management and operations/maintenance system experience.
Experience in EDO and Real Property/Leasing.
Experience with assembly estimating and scoping of major projects.
Experience in sustainable construction and facility operations with cost containment and avoidance.
