The position will be the Manager of the System Safety team supporting F-35, F-22, F-16 and other programs Fort Worth, Texas.
This person will be responsible for all aspects of program staffing (re-assignments and placements, recruitment and selection of new
employees and terminations) and personnel management (training, mentoring, career development, performance and compensation, and promotions). This person will lead a team of approximately 25-30 employees.
The chosen candidate will manage technical execution of a Specialty Engineering team supporting programs with the System Safety discipline. They will develop talent in this discipline and provide training for employees as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking and business acumen skills, be highly collaborative, exhibit exceptional organizational skills, demonstrate proactive thinking, operate
autonomously as appropriate, and produce superior work products under short deadlines.
Candidate must be able to work effectively in
a team environment.
Up to 20% travel required.
A level 5 employee Typically has 14 - 20 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or above in a technical discipline.
