Marsh is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Urbandale or Overland Park office:

Workface Management Senior Analyst

What can you expect?

Workforce Management develops and maintains the processes and systems MMC uses to optimize productivity for its employees. They are responsible for maintaining staff capacity and organizational hierarchy data in the Workforce management system and provide on-going evaluation and implementation of best practices across the organization. A Workforce Management Specialist is an established, independent
individual contributor, whose work has a direct impact on the team's outcomes.

We will count on you to:

* Create strategic and tactical forecasts with all required adjustments; deliver to management for final review.
* Interrupts results of data, and provides recommendations to leadership based on analysis.
* Create, modify and analyze business reporting needs and reports.
* Manages metric reporting processes, interprets results and makes recommendations to leaderships.
* Provides historical data and creates models for new business staffing needs.
* Consolidates staffing reports (i.e. vacation, sick time) and communicates with colleagues and management to ensure business needs are supported.

What you need to have:

* 2+ years in workforce management
* Experience in forecasting and capacity modeling
* Ability to create, modify and analyze business reporting needs and reports.
* Excel and Access
* Ability to work an 8 hour shift within the hours of operation; 7 am 5:30, Monday Friday
* College degree preferred or experience
