Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Follow all safety processes and procedures
* Knowledge of basic Chemistry
* Ability to safely make chemical additions
* Ability to accurately measure using English and metric units
* Must be able to wear a respirator
* Ability to interpret lab reports, graphs, and/or analysis
* Ability to operator plating equipment
* Ability to rack and unrack parts
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. to a minimum height of 47
* Basic troubleshooting skills
* Pay close attention to detail and meet all PQR training requirements.
* Forklift certified or aptitude to be certified
* Must be willing to work in confined spaces and successfully meet all training requirements
* Must be willing to work required overtime with minimal notification (includes weekdays and the weekend)
* Other duties as required

Backup Plating Operator will perform Plating Operator duties in the event of Plating Operator absence. While performing Plating duties, team member will receive the elevated pay of Plating Operator.
