Responsibilities
* Effectively manage incoming chats, emails, and calls
* Educate potential customers on our product and process
* Understand our customers challenges and identify scalable and effective solutions
* Take ownership and stay composed when interacting with upset clients
* Focus on process improvement and operational efficiency
* Conduct research and work cross-team to resolve customer issues
* Meet and exceed team goals around customer satisfaction and internal SLAs
* Strong passion for the voice of the customer
Requirements
* BS/BA required
* 1-2 years' experience in a customer facing role
* Track record of over-achievement
* Empathetic to customer concerns/issue
* Proactive nature to ensure best in class service
* Experience with Zendesk a plus
* Candidates must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
* This role requires candidates to work from our Manhattan office.
