As a Director / Market Intelligence at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for end market and memory supply-demand analysis, evaluating new market opportunities and providing impactful insights.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Lead projects evaluating the impact of emerging market trends, such as AI/ML, Edge etc. on memory demand
* Build and maintain top down demand models for major end markets
* Analyze data to explain historical or forecasted trends and recommend action
* Work collaboratively with BU Marketing groups to help them size market opportunities
* Create recommendations to respond proactively to the competitive environment
* Work with marketing and investor relations teams to provide market trend data for use in earnings calls, analyst updates and market presentations
* Demonstrated ability presenting and interacting with senior executive team
* Lead discussions with market research analysts

The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. S/he must be self-motivated and self-directed, but with a strong team ethic. In addition, the individual must have the abilities to work effectively cross-functionally, coordinate priorities and initiatives, troubleshoot and analyze complex problems, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Familiarity with semiconductor, memory and/or electronics industries is a must
* Established relationships with top semiconductor market research analysts
* Demonstrated ability to perform market/opportunity analysis
* Ability to work with senior executives and provide high quality responses on a short deadline
* Strong attention to detail and focus: your work will be used at the highest levels of decision-making and key partners will expect to use your information without qualification or second-guessing its accuracy
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to perform analyses and present results crisply
* Comfort level and flexible with changing needs and priorities, ambiguity, information overload, short deadlines
* BS/BA degree in a quantitative field, plus MBA from a premier business school
* 10 years of experience in market intelligence, business development, strategy or corporate development
