WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a Territory Senior Facilities Manager who will be responsible for leading the Facilities Management team for North America Retail covering the Nike portfolio of stores to deliver excellent service by maintaining a premium look and operating condition!
We need an individual with outstanding organizational and communication skills, experience leading teams in a diverse and inclusive environment and familiarity with talent planning and development. This individual should bring a solid background in Facilities Management balanced with an innovative approach to evolving tools and processes. Additionally, this candidate should possess an understanding of complex work organizations and the ability to tailor communications across a broad range of audiences.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Working within the Retail Operations team, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management of work orders, special projects and participate in both new store openings and closures. You will align with the team on priority work, expense tracking and leading supplier relationships and performance.
You will lead the creation of the annual budget proposal, adjustments and management for both OPEX and CAPEX. You will collaborate on the 3 to 5 year strategic plans, as well as leading the vendor portfolio, RFPs and vendor diversification!
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
We need an individual eager to collaborate with partners cross-functionally in decision making with the workload planning team, the Loss Prevention team, the Workforce Management team and more. Across the greater organization, you will partner closely with the Finance team, Construction, Real Estate, Procurement and Store Design teams to ensure that new stores meet the standards. Additionally you will manage a portfolio of vendors, support vendor management and work on order tracking through Service Channel. You may also be involved with special projects, pop-ups, Brand Design moments and initiatives. You will also partner with our Global teams and your peers across GEOs.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred or an additional 5 years of relevant retail experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience, preferably in Facilities Management, retail stores or HQ store operations
- LEED Green Associate certification preferred
- Previous management experience required
- Experience handling vendors and projects remotely
- Experience with Work Order Management systems, Service Channel preferred
- Experience in developing process and crafting ROI measurement preferred.
- General understanding of Retail admin and store systems/equipment as applicable (Merchandising Intelligence, ERP, Business Intelligence, Point of Sale, Inventory Management, Hand Held Terminals, Labor Scheduling application, etc.) highly desired
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Microsoft Project, and Share Point
- Strong written and communications skills, time management, and organization skill
- Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time
