Positions in this function create and deliver high quality system solutions for our applications, products and services across all technology functions. They consult with users and technology specialists to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. Individuals in these roles may perform analysis and also serve as business liaisons to understand and refine business requirements. They provide technical support in developing systems that are cost effective and meet users requirements. This function works to create systems that work together in a cohesive manner, enforcing standards and methods consistently across the enterprise. Roles may support both current system improvements and maintenance along with new system development.

Primary Responsibilities
* Monitoring vendors systems for incidents and responding to resolve outages and issues
* Develop and maintain an array of monitoring probes to proactively address incident response
* Vendor change management activities to facilitate, validate and attend to impacted tasks
* Vulnerability governance to report, escalate and harden internal systems to reduce risk and abide by vulnerability policy
* Manage problem management tickets and tasks form root cause through solution remediation and response
* Maintain ITSM (Information technology service management) objects to assure accurate reporting
* Reporting systems health and forecasting to address future needs in vendor interactions and internal system health
* Ability to run and manage a war room until resolution which includes vendor engagement escalations and integration page outs

Required Qualifications
* 3 years of operations support
* 3 years of software development life cycle
* 2 years of business systems analysis experience within the financial services industry

* 1 years of management and oversight of production environment

Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelors degree or higher
* Security policy and security documentation management experience
* Internal and external audit compliance support (FDIC, FDICIA, GLBA, SOC)
* Experience with regulatory guidelines pertaining to security of sensitive data PII, PCI, PHI, etc.

The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
