Were looking for a Sr. Communications Manager for SEC who will support the partner engagement strategy and overall partner experience for the SEC Program using the power of storytelling to engage partner/employees in unique, authentic and compelling ways so the change is realized!

The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, using a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future.
This role is an important piece of the Transformation Change Office (TCO) team and will help support key strategic and programmatic communications deliverables for SEC. That includes engaging with our partners to build advocacy for the SEC vision, value proposition, and new capabilities that will be delivered by the program using a variety of channels.
The person in this role should be proficient in communications, have excellent verbal and writing skills, experience in executing, comfortable planning, sequencing, developing, distributing and measuring global communications. This role requires a strong communicator and collaborator, with experience working with several partners across multiple levels and geographies.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a member of the TCO Engagement and Communications team you are responsible for supporting the engagement and communications activities towards the programs partner groups. The goal is to build awareness, understanding, acceptance, dedication and advocacy for SECs value proposition amongst sponsors, key global/ geo leaders, functional managers and end users. You will work closely with internal partners and teammates to uncover and drive key storylines and bring new ideas and ways of communicating to advance the dialogue between SEC and its partners.
You will support in the creation of a strong narrative for SEC and storytelling for partner, as well as support communication campaigns on behalf of TCO for SEC. You will be a key partner in planning and execution of large stakeholder events (virtual or in person).
You have a proven track record of taking story ideas further to create positive moments and experiences for employees. You are experienced with social media and can use that expertise to build strong engagement on internal platforms. You have been consistently responsible for integrating communications plans with key partners to build trust and positive working relationships internally.
Beyond our TCO teammates you will work with peers across the SEC PMO and GOT Communications.
QUALIFICATIONS
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree (minimum) in journalism, PR, English, communications, business, or related field.
- 6+ years professional experience in high-profile corporate communications or public relations roles supporting global organizations, experience in employee/internal and corporate communications preferred with a strong focus on large program communications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using Campaign Monitor and content management systems
- Optimistic and solutions oriented. Comfortable trying new approaches and strong professional agility.
- Success creating, drafting and editing content for campaigns, presentations, websites, videos, Nikes intranet and more. Proficient with messaging and materials particularly adept at writing, flexible in various formats.
- Specialist in using Adobe Creative Suite products such as Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
- Experience with survey tools such as Survey Monkey, MS Forms
- Familiarity with planning and tracking work in Agile/Scaled Agile a plus
- Proven ability to communicate plans across a complex matrix on a corporate, regional and functional basis, including presenting before audiences of various sizes and cultures.
- Experience in developing proactive, compelling and creative communications strategies.
- Passion for creative storytelling.
- Experience communicating to and working within a large team format, clearly articulate ideas, successfully manage differing points of view and strengthen relationships and rapport.
- Strong writing and presenting skills with the ability to quickly build relationships and work collaboratively
- Deep understanding of both evolving internal communications environment and digital landscape.

- Comfortable with public speaking and making large group presentations.
