The Counter-Rocket Artillery Mortar (C-RAM) End-to-End Simulation (ETESIM) program delivers a comprehensive modeling and simulation solution for the customer. C-RAM ETESIM provides the ability to conduct performance assessment and simulation of the Sensors, Effectors, and Command and Control (C2) components responsible for negating the threats facing the forward operating bases today.
Qualification
Basic Qualifications:
bull; Bachelor of Science degree and 14 years of experience
bull; Java software development experience working in an Agile environment
bull; Experience with the modeling and simulation of Command and Control (C2), Sensor and Effector systems
bull; Experience with implementation and optimization of discrete event simulation techniques and technologies (e.g., RTI DDS)
bull; Experience with configuration management and build management tools (e.g., Git, Ant, Maven, Archiva, Jenkins)
bull; Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work effectively and independently with little oversight
bull; Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas and represent the program to the customer for technical discussions and presentation of solutions
bull; Experience in leading small to medium-sized teams
bull; Experience in conducting root cause analysis on component and system-of-system simulation software
bull; Acquire and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
bull; Experience as a chief software architect
