The selected candidate provides organizational and administrative support in order to contribute to the effective operation of the Grand Sky facility.

The successful candidate must be proactive, well-organized, and dependable and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.

He/she must be a team player, possess effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate mature leadership capabilities. The position requires a high degree of professionalism, presence, flexibility, diplomacy, judgment, discretion, and the ability to multitask and work independently. Must be effective at coordination/hosting meetings as required, and be able to interface with all levels of management and customers.

Essential Functions:

- Arranging meetings and teleconferences

- Maintaining minutes and action item lists for meetings and teleconferences

- Arranging travel and associated expense reports

- Maintaining learning management system records

- Creating purchase requisitions/tracking purchase orders and deliveries

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least 2 years of experience performing administrative work
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

* Aerospace background
* Outlook Calendar scheduling
* Experience supporting multiple managers and employees throughout the site
* Knowledge of Concur
* Knowledge of Workday
