Provides management reporting, business analytics, and guidance to support target setting, performance management, external reporting, and improved growth and profitability to senior level management and the Board of Directors. Coordinates across Finance and other advisory services supporting the business to ensure consistency in financial reporting and analysis activities. Works with the financial planning and analysis teams and the controllers organization to suggest improvements to financial analytics and reporting. Identifies areas where further analysis and/or process improvement is needed. Provides guidance on the development of key performance indicators. Participates in target setting activities for the business. Provides financial advice on the development of strategic and operating plans for the business. Manages a team of highly professional staff to include their development and performance management.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA or CFA preferred. 12-15 years of total work experience with 3-5 years of management experience preferred.
