As a Network Operator within PNC's Enterprise Network organization, you will be based in Cleveland, OH. Remote candidates may also be considered.
The primary responsibilities would be for Wireless/Cellular WAN provisioning and the associated administrative functions. Having telecommunications job experience with cellular technology would be a plus, but is not a must as we will provide education on the technology PNC uses. In short must have a minimum will be a person that has above average Microsoft Excel knowledge, cellular technology savvy along with having good communication skills.

Job Description
* Participates in operating and monitoring the performance of voice, data and video networks.
* Troubleshoots hardware and software network related problems. Supports users through various channels, including the phone.
* Monitors network systems and alerts authorities when systems are not functioning as expected.
* Serves as a liaison with communication vendors to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
* Analyzes network components for upgrades and recommends network enhancements.

Network Operations Knowledge of and ability to manage the day-to-day delivery of satisfactory network services to customers.
Technical Troubleshooting Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques, and the ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical (hardware, software, application or operational) problems.
Telecommunications Knowledge of telecommunications platforms and the ability to plan the global, regional and local telecommunications architecture for infrastructure components.
Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
