Specific Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with senior leaders in the Digital organization, the Chief Marketing Office, and across Prudential to drive transformation and change-management.
* Orchestrate large-scale transformational initiatives across Customer and Digital team
* Partner with Digital and BU teams on creation and implementation of Digital North Star vision and strategy
* Help drive enterprise wide Customer first programs in partnership with VOC, Design, Insights and Analytics teams
* Enhance culture of data-driven decision making across Customer & Digital team, by connecting data & advanced analytics to ongoing initiatives to drive higher performance & improved outcomes
* Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing strategy team to manifest Digital strategy and align on Martech tool evolution to support digital journeys
* Collaborate with leaders across Customer and Digital team to enhance capabilities, processes, and skills (e.g., insights- & analytics-based marketing & decision making)
* Day-to-day operational responsibilities supporting Customer and Digital team and translating priorities into operational models to deliver on business outcomes
* Responsible for tight connectivity with US business strategy and success of embedded model.
* Management of Program management organization within Digital and Customer team to align to the most impactful initiatives
* Responsible for coordination at C and SVP/VP levels including information flow, processes, and identifying strategic gaps to ensure smooth execution of Prudentials priorities.
* Develop strategic presentations and help support internal and external communications and provide oversight of management performance routines, working across business lines.

Successful Candidate Profile:

* Bachelors degree in Finance, Marketing, Operations or equivalent; MBA preferred
* Minimum 15 years of experience in financial services preferably in a P/L role
* Deep financial services industry knowledge, and empathy towards customer needs
* Deep experience in driving digital/technology-led business transformations across financial services
* Excellent problem solver & analytical thinker, with a data-driven approach to addressing business opportunities & challenges
* Track record of driving business performance improvement in complex environments
* Excellent time management / organizational and negotiation skills
* Strong communicator, both internally and externally; works comfortably at the highest levels of the organization and manages stakeholders through clear written and verbal communications. Ability to synthesize disparate information and translate into cohesive and compelling vision/story
* Strong leadership skills in building, motivating, and operating a large and diverse team
* Ability to go deep into the details as warranted. Both a planner and a doer
* Stellar work ethic and history of being a self-starter. Strong ownership mentality with exceptional resourcefulness and drive for results
* Demonstrated track record as a strong collaborator who seeks to understand cross-functional viewpoints and individual business unit goals
* Problem solver who generates multiple solutions to issues and balances upside opportunity with downside risks to achieve positive results
* Team player who fosters a sense of urgency and demonstrates exceptional organization skills
