Our Role:
Reporting to PGIMs Chief DEI Officer, the Vice President of DEI Program Management will partner across the different PGIM affiliates to drive execution of PGIMs DEI strategy and manage implementation of that strategy. We are seeking a seasoned, team-oriented diversity and inclusion practitioner with a demonstrated ability to influence, design, implement and execute programs. You will advise the organization in best in class DEI practices and partner with the PGIM affiliates, HR and leadership development teams and operate within a highly matrixed organization.
We need a creative and critical thinker with an ability to move fast, navigate ambiguity and collectively make an impact across PGIM. Your Impact:
Partnering with select PGIM Executive Leadership Councils potentially including our Womens Advisory Council and Black Executive Leadership Team to provide advice, guidance and strategies that drive diversity and inclusion outcomes for PGIM.
Having responsibility for the overall project management of DEI programs and initiatives across PGIM, including the development of project plans, deliverables, and timelines for execution. This spans from idea generation to day to day hands-on execution of these projects.
Developing and managing DEI programs and events ensuring alignment with global DEI strategy and implementing and reporting on metrics to measure effectiveness of these programs. (i.e. Black History Month, Pride Month, International Womens Day, etc..)
Collaborating with PGIM business partners, Corporate DEI and Human Resources to roll-out various diversity projects and events such as Black History Month, Pride Month, Inclusion Month, etc.
Creating and maintaining the strategic, creative, and programmatic DEI communications. Partnering with HR, Communications and Marketing teams to consistently report and highlight DEI initiatives (intranet, corporate website, emails, etc.).
Generating solutions to help address DEI issues, assisting in the planning and implementation of these solutions.
Bring forward market learnings and best practices on various DEI topics, summarizing them and then recommending opportunities that the DEI team should consider.
Assisting with the development of internal and external presentations.
Your Required Skills:
12+ years engagement in Inclusion & Diversity, HR or Talent Management initiatives
5+ years of experience with diversity content development and facilitation
Demonstrated experience articulating a vision, translating it into an executable strategy and driving and delivering against the plan with little oversight
Proven track record of facilitating organization-wide initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
Strong communicator - written and verbal - and exceptional at collaborating with others with the ability to influence team members of all levels
Experience building out programming in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
Excellent project management skills and experience managing multiple complex deliverables under tight deadlines
Learning mindset with a clear interest in being curious and creative, and a capacity to quickly absorb new concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong detail orientation
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, yet also be a team player
Financial industry experience a plus
