Job Summary:
Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) KMI Operating Account Manager (KOAM) / COMSEC Manger
The KOAM / COMSEC Manager role will perform the day to day functions of the administration and management of multiple KMI Management Clients (MGC) with an emphasis on performing End Cryptographic Endorsements (ECU).
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
The successful candidate should also have experience with the safeguarding, accounting for and processing of physical and electronic COMSEC material, providing COMSEC targeted briefings and enforcing COMSEC policy in strict conformance with NSA CSS Policy Manual 3-16 and related security doctrine. Oversight and maintenance of Key Management Planning. Conduct COMSEC self-inspection reviews and submit accurate and timely COMSEC reports. The successful candidate should have good intrapersonal communication and technical ability to provide support to employees and customers in all areas. Some local travel is required for this position.
Qualifications You Must Have:
* Bachelor's degree in related field
* 6 years of industry related experience.
* An active and in-scope Top Secret US security clearance
* Experience with the of receipt, custody, safeguarding and destruction of COMSEC material
* Experience with End Cryptographic Unit management and load/fill procedures
* Experience performing the duties of KMI MGC Client Platform Administer (CPA)
* Experience with Understanding of the NSA CSSM Policy 3-16 and its associated references
* Experience with End Cryptographic Unit (ECU) configuration and Networking
* Attention to detail, time management and follow-through
Qualifications We Value:
* Completed KMI training course receiving a KMI certification
* Familiar with USAF Cryptographic Access Program
* Experience with troubleshooting COMSEC equipment
* Experience in the management of Windows based information systems
* Knowledgeable of legacy COMSEC equipment
