Wells Fargo Regional Facilitation organization provides functional training across Wells Fargo to develop industry-leading expertise in specific business-critical capabilities. This newly-created position will be responsible for supporting and executing on a variety of programs, services and initiatives within the Regional Facilitation organization.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to understand special needs and requirements in order to facilitate learning delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams tasked with achieving specific outcomes or goals.
Support and coordinate the ongoing development of organizational processes and procedures.
Identify opportunities and lead efforts to evolve Regional Facilitation effectiveness.
Organize work, consult and communicate across HR functions.
Create and manage detailed plans and schedules of initiatives and work efforts.
Address, manage and support resolution of issues and plan for mitigation of risks.
This position is currently remote but will be expected to return to an office location at a future point in time. This position has been posted in the following locations: Mpls, MN; Charlotte, NC; Atlanta, GA; and San Antonio, TX.
HR
Required Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning
* 4+ years of military experience

Job Expectations
* In accordance with (the) Military Apprenticeship program specifications, qualifications held by a military apprentice may not meet or exceed 3+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
