The HR Journey Consultant will leverage an understanding of business strategies and goals, user-centric design, business process management principles, and enabling technologies to lead the digitization of Human Resources services. Identify opportunities to deliver business value across key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle and across internal HR processes.

Responsible for orchestrating business strategies and driving initiatives across functions, processes, services, and products to deliver digital workflows. Influence and drive decisions to improve the overall employee journey to ensure cohesive experiences, effective risk management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities Include:

* Collaborate with service, process, product, UX and other stakeholders to develop journey design, roadmap, and metrics; drive needed action, development, and change to help realize journey vision
* Provide leadership to guide the overall journey design; translate and convey business strategy and needs to Product Owners in order to develop and continuously improve solutions; transition to product team(s) for user story creation, backlog refinement, configuration, and development
* In partnership with others, develop a journey scorecard and drive prioritization of enhancements based on user experience. Ensure that the user experience is a driving influence of prioritization and resource allocation. Identify ongoing opportunities to increase self-service, channel optimization, and the overall employee experience across journeys
* Drive the overall implementation of consumer grade digital service initiatives partner with others to design and deliver as needed

Salary range is determined by the location of the job.
May be considered for a discretionary bonus

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

Desired Qualifications
* Human resources experience
* Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
* Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
* Ability to consult with business partners to define key performance metrics, dashboards or scorecards
* Ability to develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps
* Ability to identify and present processes/operational enhancements
* Ability to manage large-scale initiatives including stakeholders across business and technical teams
* Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
* Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications
* Experience developing digital workflows in ServiceNow or similar application
* Experience developing employee journey maps
* Experience working in an agile environment, with distributed teams and agile delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)

Job Expectations
* Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
