Job Description

Primary responsibilities include oversight of installation, configuration, implementation, integration and commissioning of Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Systems hardware and software products within a large scale enterprise.
* Experience managing and designing DCIM Systems to protect the data center infrastructure, capture power usage, calculate available capacity, and provide relevant, real-time alarms, notifications, and reports to data center operators and end users
* Experience implementing engineering standards/best practices
* Experience designing enterprise scale data center monitoring solutions
* Develop and generate specifications, RFPs, ROMs and SOWs for projects and life-cycle upgrades
* Respond to design escalation procedures for complex system malfunctions and outages
* Design and implement change control processes and provide resolution for capability requests
* Effective organizational and communication skills within a large scale enterprise
* Collaborate with cross functional partners to ensure DCIM data quality
* Experience working independently and as a member of a cross functional team
* Travel to data center locations in support of pre-engineering, implementation, startup testing, and commissioning of projects as required
* Support communication and integration with facilities infrastructure at data center construction locations as required
* Experience with Linux server system administration duties
* Experience implementing NIST security controls and(DoD) Risk Management Framework (RMF)process accreditation procedures
* Experience integrating withHost Based Security System(HBSS),Splunk, Solar Winds, Service Now and other upper level managementsystems
* Knowledge of variety of Commercialoff the shelf (COTS) DCIM and data center management systems
* Experiencewith APC NetBotz data center environmental monitoring solutions
* Experiencewith Struxureware Data Center Expert (DCE)
* Experiencewith Struxureware Data Center Operations (DCO) and IT Advisor (ITA)
* Linux certification(s) such asRed Hat CertifiedSystem Administrator (RHCSA) are a plus
* Security+ or other DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certifications, IAT Level II certification(s)
* Other IAT Level III certifications such as CISSP are preferred
* DCCA (Data Center Certified Associate) certification
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and/or equivalents are required

Education/Experience Requirement
* High School Degree + 12 years of experience
* Associate Degree + 10 years of experience
* Bachelor Degree + 8 years of experience
* Master Degree + 6 years of experience
* PhD + 4 years of experience

The likely salary range for this position is $116,000 - $174,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
