This position is part of the Displacement Operations Team which is part of Talent Services within Corporate HR. This role recommends and implements new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Manages metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations. The position provides leadership and direction to a team of Implementation Associates responsible for execution of displacement processing.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with business partners on implementing evaluation and success measurement strategies
* Identify and negotiate resolution of issues, escalating as necessary, while ensuring task completion according to established timelines.
* Provide guidance and coaching to team members in development and delivery of programs and tools.
* Define creative approaches for leave consulting to optimize and improve leaves administration.
* Work effectively with partners, Project managers, & HR Partners
* Provide hands on leadership to ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are accurate
* Facilitate team and one on one meetings
* Present and attend meetings with Internal Partners to clarify process and support Displacement Operations interdependencies (Legal, ER, HR Consulting Partners
* Support of Vendor compliance audits

* Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
Work Hours: Mon-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm (Standard)
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of customer service experience demonstrated through work or military experience
* 2+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through work or military experience
