Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services. Senior Corporate Equity Derivatives trader in the Wells Fargo Securities Derivatives group with experience managing a leading Corporate Equity Derivatives trading desk including trading personnel on this desk. The candidate will be responsible for managing the pricing, trading, and risk management of vanilla and light exotic corporate equity derivative transactions, including but not limited to, call spreads related to convertible bond issuance, derivative-based share buybacks, delta1 and other structured financing transactions including margin loans. The candidate will work closely with sales channels including Equity Capital Markets (ECM) and High Net Worth / Private Client, and must possess strong technical and interpersonal skills. The candidate must have strong working knowledge of all relevant documentation related to the corporate equity derivatives business, and must have a strong track record of revenue and business growth. The candidate must have experience in collaborating with numerous internal partners to drive the business, specifically with front-office quant and technology teams, legal, and market and counterparty credit risk. Strong work ethic and attention to detail is required.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications
* 10+ years of experience in capital markets, industry experience within the specific sector of the position, or a combination of both
* 7+ years of leadership experience
* 3+ years of management experience
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* Successfully completed FINRA Series 24 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
* Successfully completed FINRA Series 55 exam to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
* Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)
* 10+ years of experience in equity derivatives trading
* 5+ years of direct experience in corporate equity derivatives trading

Desired Qualifications
* Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals

* Strong analytical and quantitative skills
* Masters Degree in Financial Engineering or other relevant program for position
