Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.
Treasury Management & Payment Solutions
o Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
o Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending
The Treasury Service Associate is responsible for servicing treasury management products and services that are moderate to complex in nature, and acts as a single point of contact for assigned clients throughout the customer life cycle.
Duties may include: Identifying and resolving client issues; acting as a liaison between the client and bank operations, sales officers, vendors and Relationship Managers to ensure the delivery of quality services and to meet client needs; performing analysis to identify trends in order to ensure compliance, identify exceptions or recommend products, procedures or services that may streamline the clients interactions; training less experienced team members as needed to ensure optimal delivery of products and services; attending on-site client visits with manager to better understand the business and deliver Service Reviews; performing post-implementation product usage and customer billing reviews; participating in special projects as assigned. Occasionally provide after-hours support to customer issues. Works with sales officers and Relationship Managers to define and document product options.
Required Qualifications
* 2+ years of financial services experience demonstrated through work or military experience

* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
* 1+ year of treasury management experience
* A BS/BA degree or higher
* 2+ years of treasury management products or services sales experience
* Strong presentation skills
Other Desired Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Treasury Management complex products (Payment Manager, Receivables Manager, Transmissions)
* Working knowledge of the tools used to support Treasury Management products and services (UAM, Service View, Hogan)
Salary Information
The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
