Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

The ABL Regional Credit Manager will recruit, develop, and manage a team of RMs, Associates, and Analysts tasked with the day-to-day management of a portfolio of cash flow-based software loans.
* Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to your direct reports, while fostering an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and celebrates both individual and team successes.
* Acting as a senior member of the Technology Finance team, represent Wells Fargo during client activities and prospect meetings, as well as internally when interacting across different lines of business across Wells.
* Lead all distressed and workout scenarios for accounts in your portfolio.
* Promote and exhibit Wells Fargos Diversity and Inclusion priorities.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business units risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
Required Qualifications
* 8+ years of commercial lending experience
