ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support and audit business cases for program lifecycle reviews, through close partnership with key business stakeholders (BU Product management, Pricing, Cost, Engineering and Program Management teams)
* Review and analyze the key assumptions driving the business cases to ensure reasonability, feasibility and credibility for risk mitigation and corporate due diligence
* Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis from a technology and product investment perspective.
* Report corporate investment allocations and return on investment/capital allocation analysis to support portfolio investment decision making and trade-offs
* Provide ad-hoc analysis supporting a variety of strategic initiatives
* Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of portfolio management process, system and tools

REQUIRED:

* Ability to analyze a variety of datasets across both revenue and operational expense
* Solid knowledge of P&L, financial modeling (ROI, ROIC, NPV) and financial analytics - Prior experience a plus
* Experience dealing with large and disparate datasets and distill data into salient points
* Expert level Excel modeling; able to manage multiple, competing tasks simultaneously
* Experience working in cross-functional teams and with executive leadership
* Self-motivated and highly flexible in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
* Understanding of SSD/HDD industry a plus
