ABOUT THE TEAM
Maintenance is a very important business area for SAP and represents a large portion of the companys gross income. The Renewal and Commercial Management RCM organization has been established to ensure the continuous success of SAPs maintenance business, communicate in one voice to our customers, user groups, partners and influencers, and further develop and enhance our maintenance and support offerings. The RCM team in Germany also ensures that maintenance contracts in renewal mode will be renewed (based on private and public tender processes) right in time

THE ROLE

* The student should support the daily RCM business (MAR management, reporting, sales support)
* Support team in handling maintenance contracts and other paperwork
* Support of non-customer Sales activities
* Create and Maintain MAR cases in SAP systems
* Support in maintenance and updates to database
* Prepare dashboard reports, basic calculations for the business
* Support Team in other business and sales related topics

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

* Student (m/f) of a university or a university of applied sciences
* Bachelor or Master student in Economics or Technical education but no a must
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Excellent German (preferred mother tongue) and very good verbal and written English is a must
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
