We are looking for a qualified group leader to manage several teams and drive innovation within the CIAM development organization. As a group lead within the CIAM product line you will be responsible for products that are used by billions of end customers.
As a Group lead you will be supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis, interacting with other teams and department in Customer Data Cloud, but also with other departments in the wider SAP organization.
Group is composed of a number of teams with a total of around 20people. You will be reporting to the product eng lead of the CIAM solution.
Responsibilities:
Mng:
* Work with product managers and CIAM eng lead define and set group targets and goals
* Ensure successful execution (on time , in quality) of the group targets and goals.
* Ensure organization processes are followed
* Drive agile and scrum practices
* Ensure deliverables of the group meet company quality and security standards.
* Monitor group and individual team performance
* Drive continuous improvement within the group and the overall org.
* Build and maintain talent, lead by example, mentor and coach.
* Listen to group members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
* Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
* Manage or take active part in customer escalations , platform outages or major incidents
Technical
* Help define the strategy and roadmap for CIAM solutions.
* Work with product managers and architects to breakdown features, estimate effort and complexity
* Provide overall technical guidance to the group
* Ensure services offered by the group are highly available, stable and easy to consume
* Drive innovation and improve productivity of the group
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience as a TL
* At least 4 years experience in SaaS companies based on microservices
* At least 7 years of experience as a developer/TL using C
* Strong knowledge in the IAM space (authn and authz), security
* Strong problem solving skills
* Great soft-skills and proven ability to build a culture that evolves around people and openness.
* Can do attitude
* Understand the solution is HA 24/7 and be willing to be there when needed 24/7.
* Hands-on experience and deep understanding in C , experience in Angular is an advantage
* Hands-on experience and deep understanding micro-service based systems
