PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

IT Services provides efficient IT solutions, technology and operational support to our Lines of Businesses (LoBs) with a strong focus on user-centricity. Supporting more than 100,000 employees and thousands of SAP systems, IT Services is delivering business applications be it classical SAP or new SaaS solutions, mobile apps, web & SAP Cloud Platform-based applications, as well as workplace technology services covering hardware, client software and unified communications and collaborations solutions.

Fundamentally, IT services is enabling SAP to become a Digital Enterprise with happy end users.

As part of the IT Go-to-Market-Services Unit, the Contract to Revenue team delivers IT applications to run and simplify processes in the Finance process area which covers Digital Contract Management, Order Management, Billing including localization and other related topics.

We are searching for an IT professional with a strong foundation in SAP CRM Solutions and its integration to other systems and applications that would like to propel SAPs own order to cash processes to the next level.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

As an CRM Developer, you are responsible to:

* Establish a trusted partnership with our business and technical counterparts and act as ONE TEAM from strategy to execution
* Lead, design and deliver first class and simple IT solutions and ensure successful delivery by applying sustainable standard in IT solutions and system architecture
* Drive continuous improvement of IT Solution and Service quality with focus on stability, usability, maintainability and ultimately customer satisfaction.
* Automate when and where possible with the help of data science methods and technology.
* Further develop skill and competency on latest business models, solutions and technologies relevant to your area of responsibility.
* Drive innovation and early adoption of new technologies and solutions in close cooperation with Product Development as well as other teams within IT

Required skills

* Academic degree in engineering and/or information technology
* Proficiency in developing Enterprise applications in ABAP OO
* Experience in SAP CRM integration with other SAP components (e.g. S/4HANA) or third party systems with Application Integration Framework (AIF)
* Experience with test-driven development, continuous integration & delivery
* Strong analytical and logical skills and ability to think in a complex and rapidly changing environment
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work well in an international, virtual and highly diverse team as well as independently and have a positive self-motivated can-do attitude

Desired skills

* BRIM (Billing & Revenue Innovation Management) experience
*
WORK EXPERIENCE

* 10+ years experience in professional software development as SAP consultant or developer
* Leading technical integration architecture, design and implementation for SAP solutions
* Integration experience between systems/applications using Application Integration Framework (AIF)
* Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably SCRUM
