JOB SUMMARY:
* Response to sales requests
* Generate reports on sales goals and performance utilizing Power BI
* Analyze the sales funnel and develop forecasts with the managers.
* Partner with account executives, project engineers, other Analyst, Local and Area Managers, External Affairs Manager, Distribution, and Customer Service to provide greater transparency on lighting sales and customer service efforts.
* Prepare sales presentations
* Support internal partners with sales requests
* LEAD reporting, completing, updating
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Possess a strong customer service attitude toward internal and external customers

* Exceptional organizational skills
* Two to three years of experience in sales/marketing or region operations is desirable
* Excellent computer and analytical skills are needed to perform complex analyses
* Knowledge and understanding of Georgia Power region operations, corporate functions, financial indicators, and marketing regulatory issues preferred
* Knowledge of CSS billing (retail and SSA), JETS, LAMP, AIMS and Power BI preferred
* Overall knowledge of Georgia Power products, programs, and services
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Possess a service attitude; anticipate and respond promptly to customer needs
* Ability to identify and meet the needs to the customer and deal with dissatisfied customers
* Effective organizational skills
* Ability to build relationships and work effectively with others
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide technical and analytical support to Lighting Sales Managers
* Assist Sales Managers and sales team in meeting unregulated sales goals by supporting through analyses of trends, pricing, product offerings, and monitoring the sales funnel.
* LEAD reporting, completing, updating; Program administration for Lighting Bug.
* Communicate with Lighting Sales teams with applicable changes and updates.
* Bid packet coordination.
* Provide daily on-call support to customers; act as the primary contact for customers in Sales managers and Sales Executives absence; respond to requests for service; act as the primary contact between the Customer, Sales, Billing and Installation.
* Provide technical and administrative support to Sales managers, including producing sales presentations, special reports and other customized analysis.
* Support execution of targeted sales programs with customers in collaboration with Corporate Sales partners.
* Generate ideas for products and services as well as process improvement given knowledge of customer needs.
* Support Sales Managers efforts to interact with various departments such as Corporate Sales, Distribution, Engineering, Customer Service, Metering, Economic Development, Pricing & Rates, Customer Choice, and Construction to accomplish business goals and objectives of CSO and Georgia Powers growth strategy.
