Consultant, Omnichannel Product Offering
Brief Description:
The Consultant will contribute to the innovation of new products and productization of existing Omnichannel capabilities across the 3 pillars of media analytics and measurement: Consumer, HCP, and Market Access. This role, reporting to the Product Offering Manager, will work with the Integrated Measurement Offering team supporting the build of robust offerings for our clients. The Consultant will be responsible for staying ahead of industry trends and keeping all solutions relevant to clients. This is an excellent opportunity to innovate and help to shape industry best standards for media measurement and optimization. The ideal candidate has a strong background working in the pharmaceutical DTC and/or HCP Marketing space. The role will require the consultant to have the ability to act as a subject matter expert and support various internal and external facing teams. A baseline knowledge of how agencies, media publishers, and brand teams approach their core responsibilities is important.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Support Offering Managers with build and/or improvement of Consumer & HCP service offerings, including defining analytics methodology, creating a sales story, writing SOW language, and managing market value-based pricing for product offerings
* Work with Product Offering team members on a consistent approach to innovation, scalability, and pricing
* Support platform user testing in partnership with technical teams to represent client needs and POV
* Support Managers with innovation in offerings and proof of concept
* Work with sales & internal teams to turn client needs into product offerings
* Support partnerships with new vendors to further expand optimization capabilities
* Build case studies for consumer, HCP, and modeled offerings
* Be a subject matter expert to support sales team prepare support material
* Be a subject matter expert on how IQVIA data & derivative products interface into the overall advertising ecosystem (Planning, Activation, Optimization, Measurement).
* Work with Project Management team to understand effort to implement offerings
* Lead internal status meetings, including tracking of requests for RFPs, RFIs, sales support, etc.
* Recommend areas for efficiencies across measurement & optimization offerings
Education & Requirements:
* Preferred Pharmaceutical media expertise in HCP and/or Direct-to-Consumer space
* Media Agency, Endemic Publisher, Brand Marketing Team, etc.
* Experience buying or selling HCP media preferred
* Cross-functional collaboration experience
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and online communication skills
* 3+ years of experience
* 1+ years of experience tying media performance to patient and/or consumer behavior change (preferred)
* Degree in Statistics, Marketing, Healthcare, or similar background required
