Job Description
F&L;, a division of Motion Industries Automation Solutions Group, is a large distributor of, and builder of custom industrial automation framing using 80/20, the worlds premier line of T-slotted aluminum extrusion. F&L; prides itself on fast turnarounds and quality builds. We are based in the Poway/Scripps Industrial Park area.
This position is located in Poway, CA.
The Inside Sales Representative position is sale position responsible for providing quotations to customers electronically. Responsibilities include data entry and quotation generation for new and existing accounts. Entering, processing and communicating with sales leads requires use and management of the companys CRM database system and financial system. Other duties include follow-up with customers on quotations, processing in-house quality assurance documents and assisting with order entry.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Generate accurate and professional quotations in a timely manner
* Manage and update CRM system
* Follow-up calls and emails
* Timely, effective responses to potential customer inquiries
* Occasionally participate in sales related activities such as walk-ins, tradeshows, customer visits.
* Self-starter with high energy towards data-entry, generating quotations and updating internal systems
* Excellent computer skills using MS Office
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
